ANTHEM LEMONAID
Visit our ‘sweet’ stand
Come by and see us, and our new lemonade stand on Friday, July 17 between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. You can schmooze with us and feel good while doing it. We love breaking records, and hope we raise more money this year than last in support of Children’s Miracle Network. In addition to hosting a lemonade stand, this year, PUNCH has aided CMN by creating an improved Web site architecture and design that allows chapters in the Hampton Roads, Roanoke, and Lynchburg areas to participate in this successful fundraiser. Visit the site at www.childrensmiraclenetwork.org to learn more about the great work they do. |

COFFEE WITH KENDALL
It’s educational
Most Thursday mornings find Kendall holding court and expounding upon the powers of emerging media. Consider yourself invited to the next one you can attend. It’s free and you will be amazed at her expertise and inspired to use what is available to carve out your own little piece of market share. Check out Kendall’s blog and see what each week’s topic will be.
MID ATLANTIC CLAY COURT CHAMPIONSHIPS
Come watch the pros play
PUNCH is creating all the promotional materials for this tennis tournament being held at the Salisbury Country Club July 11-18. Join us there as we watch pros from all over the Mid-Atlantic battle it out right here in River City. Most matches during the week begin around 4:30 p.m., so knock off work a little early and meet us there. For more details, log onto www.midatlanticclaycourts.com.

FIELD OF FURY
Go team PUNCH!
Friday, May 29, will go down in the history books as the day PUNCH redefined “Field Day.” We met at Maymont and competed in some ridiculous and some classic field day events. Unbelievably, the two teams, “Killer Bs” and “The A Team,” ended in a tie. How could that have happened? Convoluted and ridiculous scoring for one thing. Sarah Shannon, our resident expert in juvenile sport, organized the event. It was surely fun. Nobody got injured. And we all got to enjoy a cold beer when it was over. Now that’s the way to kick off your weekend.
